Foundation Repair Steel Piers

With all the different types of piering styles and materials available, why choose Steel Piers? Steel resistance piers are the gold standard of foundation repair. Their 3' diameter allows the pipe to be pushed to depths that old fashioned concrete piers just can't get to. You may have heard horror stories about concrete piers that need constant adjustments. Or people that spend thousands of dollars to fix their home and in less than 2 years are back to the same issues they paid hard earned money to repair.

This doesn't happen with steel piers. Due to the depth they achieve and the load bearing capacity, they truly out perform in a variety of ways. Level Home Foundation Repair offers a wide range of brackets for different applications. We also use a variety of pipe sizes to accommodate different loads. Depending on soil type, we offer both bare steel and galvanized options. This gives you flexibility with your repair and budget.

Let's face it, foundation repairs are the least gratifying expense you can make. You're spending money just to get your home back to where it was previously. These repairs need to be done right the first time. Don't get sold on something that's not in your best interest, get fixed and sleep well knowing you chose a system and company that your family's home can depend.

Exterior Movement Warning Signs

Are you noticing cracked brick or siding? Are there gaps or separations around windows or door frames? Do you have doors or windows that won't open/close properly? These are all signs of foundation movement. Foundation settlement is progressive and if left unaddressed not only gets worse but also becomes more costly to repair.

Let our experienced analysts come out and help guide you toward a repair that will not only fix your current issue but ensure to address the root cause.

Different Steel Pier Types

Whether it's interior or exterior damage, Level Home has a solution that can stop the issue at its source!

Exterior Steel Pier

Eccentric Piers

Eccentric piers are great for piers that need to achieve deep depths. Being attached to the outside of the footing also gives a better roll-back of the failing foundation.

Interior Steel Pier

Concentric Piers

Concentric piers are great for interior issues. They also come in handy when siding protrudes beyond the footing. Lateral recovery is limited but anytime tunneling is needed; these brackets are a must.

Helical Pier

Helical Piers

Helical piers are great for challenging soils. They allow for load bearing capacity regardless of stratum depth. Each disk is customizable in size depending on load and depth required for repair.
